Just a blend of organic Italian almonds with spring water, a little carob seed flour to keep it smooth and creamy.

WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE? Subtly nutty with a clean flavour and light mouthfeel.

Drink it straight out the glass or pour it on top of your cereals to give them a nutty taste.

My favourite dairy substitute

Rude Health almond milk is my favourite dairy substitute. I use it in my brew even though I’m not even lactose free or vegan, I just love the taste so much!
