Our butcher bones out the organic beef off the carcase and selects meaty well matured cuts to turn into our open grained well textured steak mince but as usual we have just enough fat running through it to give it taste and keep your dishes full of 100% pasture fed beef flavour.

The best mince

Delicious, the best mince I’ve tasted in years! Finely minced ,which I like, no fat floating on the top after cooking. We didn’t suffer from indigestion or heartburn a big plus .
