The steak of the moment, I think its because you get a bit of variability in it. The super tender and open texture of the eye muscle is complimented by the outer layer of slightly denser meat all with lots of fat running through it. Get your pan nice and hot and fry for 2 mins per side. None of this grilling nonsense. Then Rest it for at least 5 mins. Be patient, it’s worth it.

Way to much fat

I know it's ribeye and you can expect it to be fatty. But these were just pure fat. Wouldn't buy again

Tasted Great!

The steaks cooked well, medium rare, and they tasted great. Just pure meat, no water pumped through them to bulk up the weight. They were very flavourful.
