Also useful sliced into thin strips for stir fries, and will take on a marinade of fulsome flavours like lime, sherry or ginger, before using in a stir fry with lots of fresh vegetables and tossing through cooked noodles.

Lovely products. Made a delicious sir fry using the coconut aminos as part of a sauce. Just fabulous. Let Steve know about the one broken egg. Reckon this was due to Parcel Force. Everything else was in perfect condition.
