Organic Aberdeen Angus Braising Steak - 500G

Loved this beef, full of flavours and was perfect for my beef and red wine pie.

Came well packaged. The steak was tender & delicious. I put 1/2 of it (250g) iin a stew (cos I wanted to,) with carrots, celery, onion & garlic , bay leaf & powdered bouillon & some water like 1/2 pint (not a lot), little Worcestershire sauce & a little mixed herbs. I kept the steak whole, cooked in my small Instant Pot on Hi pressure 15 mins, let vent naturally then tasted it & put a little more water in & put in potatoes in 1" cubes & put in my Instant Pot again with the meat & veg & cooked on pressure cook for 5 mins on Hi & let it vent itself a little - then WOW ( my Instant Pot is only 3.3L & came only 1/2 up the pot. (Enough for 2 meals) . I know stewing meat is good for a stew but ....
