How to Use:

Adults: Take up to 5 ml (100 drops), 3 times a day in a little water, for no more than 2 weeks, unless otherwise told by a qualified herbal medicine practitioner. This amount may be added to cold or warm water, juice or another drink. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Cautions:

Contains alcohol. Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, or taking any medication. If in doubt, please ask us, your medical herbalist or healthcare practitioner. This product is not intended for use by a person under the age of 18. Use caution with internal use in liver disease, pregnancy & lactation, or in infants. Avoid use on dirty skin or deep wounds (surface may heal too fast trapping dirt and pus).

Disappointed that it was in a plastic bottle...

Haven't used it yet and I'm sure it's great, but I was really surprised and disappointed that a quality brand like Napiers would use plastic bottles for tinctures. These should always be in brown glass - I have transferred the product into glass myself.
I contacted Napiers regarding this (as it's not GFP's fault - theyre amazing), and Napiers replied that the smaller dropper bottles are glass but the larger ones are plastic to keep costs down.
A pretty unsatisfactory answer, I feel, considering a) environmental impact and more importantly b) plastics leaching into the contents - this is meant to be a quality health product!
Unfortunately, I won't therefore be buying any more of the larger Napiers bottles in future.

× Ingredients:
Symphytum officinale fol extracted in sugar beet ethanol (alcohol). The part used is the leaf. The strength is 1:3 25%.
