Lye Cross Farm Mature Cheddar Cheese - 2.5KG BLOCK

This is the 2nd time buying this cheese. I cut it into smaller pieces and froze it until I needed it. It is good quality cheese that we love.

This is how cheese should be..best I've tasted in a long while & it doesnt dry out.

Glad to have the option of an organic cheese. Lasts well in the fridge. I did have one once that was a bit crumbly which was a nuisance, but subsequently others have been just fine.

Great value buying a bulk block. I cut this into smaller blocks, vacuum wrap and store in the freezer. Great taste

I buy this cheese in bulk and chop it into big slices for the freezer, it lasts well wrapped in greaseproof paper. It does come out a bit crumbly but nobody seems to mind!
