Great value buying a bulk block. I cut this into smaller blocks, vacuum wrap and store in the freezer. Great taste

Great cheese in bulk

I buy this cheese in bulk and chop it into big slices for the freezer, it lasts well wrapped in greaseproof paper. It does come out a bit crumbly but nobody seems to mind!

One problem with this Cheese - it just doesn't last - my son is constantly eating his way through it, as am I, as its so lovely and creamy.
