Made with the fattier parts of the pork carcase, we use 95% meat mixed with a small amount of spices. We keep them gluten free, our boys said they tasted better that way. Rare-breed pork sausages

I haven't eaten pork for a least 3-4 years so was looking forward to these sausages and made a butty after they arrived and they were ok but I thought they would have been more tasty than they were, made me think I haven't missed meat at all when I thought I had.
