The family workhorse cut of organic beef for chilli, bolognese, burgers, lasagne, mince & tatties and countless other staple family meals. Just because its popular doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done with care and attention. Our butcher bones out the organic beef off the carcase and selects meaty well matured cuts to turn into our open grained well textured steak mince but as usual we have just enough fat running through it to give it taste and keep your dishes full of 100% pasture fed beef flavour.
