Also useful sliced into thin strips for stir fries, and will take on a marinade of fulsome flavours like lime, sherry or ginger, before using in a stir fry with lots of fresh vegetables and tossing through cooked noodles.

Unfortunately there is no mention of weight. But I see one review that says they are disappointed in the size. So won’t buy.

Price does not match up to the product looks very big in the picture, when I received it as you can see it was very small will not recommend if I had gone to my local organic butchers would of got more for what I paid.
