Curry

I made a curry from an old chicken tikka masala recipe I use, but instead of using yogurt and cream I used this coconut milk instead and it was delicious (better the next day). I bought a small bulk buy of these and will be adding more to my shopping list...must add I used the spelt asian noodles and they complimented each other perfectly!!!
