healthy breakfast

It's good to go back to basics for breakfast. I enjoy eating these bran flakes with some raw honey, pumpkin seeds and milk. They have a lovely flavour, and can be mixed with any nuts, seeds or fruits. It's a much healthier breakfast than anything you can buy in a supermarket.
