Great taste, but have to be eaten quickly

I love these organic mushrooms, but they start to dry up quite quickly. This could be due to the packaging, or it could be due to the transition time and logistics. I will continue to buy them because I'm happy to eat them quickly anyway, but I must remember to put them in the fridge when they arrive.
