Casella & Polegato Sourdough Bread - the bizz!

The best sourdough bread I've tried/bought in Scotland. Lovely softer crust, just crusty enough and not like many many others where you run the risk of stabbing the roof of your mouth or needing wallies when you break your teeth. Have made a rod for my own back as hubby won't eat homemade nor any other shop bought sourdoughs now. Well done, this is top notch.

Unfortunately the outside crust tasted very salty, not like other sourdough loaves I’ve tried. Inside was nice though.
