A lovely tasty cheese bread which goes well with many foods. We use our sourdough technique with a balancde propotion of our mother dough (our natural mother yeast that is more than 10years old), organic flour and a mixture of Mozzarella cheese and mature Red Chedar for added flavour.

 This bread is delicious toasted and dipped in soup,
