Biona Satay Spicy Peanut Simmer Sauce - 350G

I usually make meals from scratch but this sauce is perfect for adding to the slow cooker. I put 1" of water in first then add chopped garlic, chunks of onion, aubergine and mushrooms then top with a jar of sauce. Place 8 of Hugh's organic chicken thighs on top then spread another jar of satay sauce over them. Add a couple of inches of water to each jar to shake up what's left then pour this through the gaps in between the chicken. Cook on high for approx 5 hours. Delicious 😋
Plenty of sauce and veg left for another meal too - I use the tikka masala sauce in the same way and also substitute Hugh's drumsticks for thighs.
PS save the bones and skin to boil up for delicious stock.
