Biona Creamed Coconut is made from the finest coconuts, grown without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. Creamed coconut can be used to add richness and flavour to your favourite ethnic dishes.  Creamed coconut is also suitable for use in desserts, cakes and as a substitute for coconut milk (simply dissolve 50g in 100ml or warm water). Our creamed coconut is not hydrogenated.

Creamed coconut..

So versatile. I love to have a few of these in my kitchen cupboards. I've experimented with creamed coconut in quite a few dishes to enhance the taste. I love tomato soup, but enjoy it even more by adding some creamed coconut. It's great for adding to curries too. You can do so much with it.
