Each kit contains a traditional white ceramic oil burner, complete with a 10ml Aromatherapy blend that has been specially crafted by an Aromatherapist to create a particular atmosphere to suit your mood and promote wellbeing.

This Focus Aromatherapy blend helps clear your mind and help you stay sharp with a clarifying blend of cooling Eucalyptus and spicy Clove. Stimulating Rosemary works with refreshing Bergamot and Lemon to help reduce anxiety and keep you feeling fresh & focused. A touch of Myrrh helps boost positive thoughts.

To use simply half fill the bowl with water then add 6-10 drops of essential oil (depending on the oil - some are much stronger than others and need only 1 drop).
