20L Pelican Pump (large)

My label ended up on the wrong package at royal mail. Even though this was obvious and I took photographic evidence and spoke to royal mail who stated it was a dispute between the company and royal mail and that the company should be fully insured and should have no issue offering to resend the items I ordered or refunding me they are refusing to do either until the settle the dispute which they have given no timeline for.
