Braising steak

The most tender flavoursome stew I’ve ever eaten,just added a few carrots and an onion in a casserole with some Celtic salt and pepper,the nicest gravy .

This is top quality. Great for a casserole or pie. I will keep ordering this on a weekly basis. Almost didn’t share this review as I don’t want the stock to dwindle too much. 😉

Amazing Beef

This product is amazing not only in taste but how it cooks (no water). It melted like butter in the mouth when it was cooked in a casserole for 3 hours. It is also very lean. We would never buy from anywhere else now.
