Collection: Fresh Bread - Casella & Polegato

We have teamed up with Casella & Polegato, an artisan Italian bakery in Perth, Scotland.

Although not organically certified they have assured us they use organic flour and the best possible ingredients and give their dough at least 24 hours rest before it’s baked in their steam oven. They are an amazing bakery, and lovely people to work with, and we are delighted to have teamed up with them to provide you with a high-quality range of fresh (and frozen) bread and rolls.
